Possibly a rotation process between all, except the more you thank, the more want special recognition
Why should anyone other than the KFC store decide what they wish to do as far as giving away free food. All first line responders are important in their own way, but where do you draw the line? Maybe someone else wishes to honor other responders, It isn’t all down to KFC. If I were a fireman, I would not be upset by this. It is honoring a particular group who protect ALL the other responders.
