The loss of a job can plunge some people into a deep crisis. This is also the case for the man in this video.
When he is at home, he breaks down in tears on his couch, sobbing uncontrollably. There is no other person around, and yet the man is not alone.
Two Loyal Furry Companions
The man has lost his job, but something remains with him: two good friends. They are now in the room with him. They are two dogs: a Golden Retriever and a Husky.
Initially, the furry friends are unsure of what to do. They nervously walk around because they sense that their owner is in distress. How can they help him?
Waiting it out doesn’t make it better
As their owner continues to sob, the dogs retreat to their blanket, perplexed. The man’s mood seems to affect the two animals.
The Husky, in particular, is completely overwhelmed by the situation and soon on the verge of despair.
But the Golden Retriever doesn’t want to give in to despair just yet. Then he has the best idea that comes to his mind in that moment.
“I am here to comfort you”
He walks over to the sofa where his owner is sitting. Then he jumps up and sits so close to the man that he can embrace him. The man is now so grateful.
He clasps his hands on the back of the dog and holds him tightly, while the furry friend rests his head on the man’s shoulder.
Now, the Husky gathers a bit of courage too. He joins the two on the sofa, and soon, all three fall into a deep and restful sleep.
Life will go on, and the man knows for sure: His two dogs will always stand faithfully by his side.
