Anyone who has had a dog cannot imagine just abandoning the four-legged friend, especially when the animal is still young.
However, the dog in this video is left on the street by its previous owners – and this happens just one week after its birth!
Puppy Siblings Abandoned
A woman is near an animal shelter when she sees a car approaching, placing a crate full of puppies, including the puppy Bentley, on the street, and driving away.
She immediately decides to adopt one of the puppies and receives the loving and absolutely adorable dog Bentley!
At first, Bentley is shy and very attached to his adoptive mom.
Over time, the dog also befriends his human dad and his dog sister.
From jealousy to empathy
Bentley is a true momma’s dog. The dog won’t even eat when his owner is sick.
However, his dog sister Piper must first get to know and understand him.
Piper is blind, deaf, and also suffering from dementia. The dog needs a lot of attention from her owners.
While Bentley was initially jealous, he now seems to understand that Piper needs this love and that it doesn’t take anything away from him.
Bentley may not have had the easiest start in life, but now the dog lives in the most loving and beautiful home with the most wonderful owners!
