The dog appeared undernourished, with a dirty coat, filthy ears, overgrown nails, and a pressing need for dental care, suggesting he hadn’t been well cared for.
Despite advanced cataracts impairing his vision, there’s hope that someone will recognize and reclaim this adorable little boy. In the meantime, they are committed to providing him with the best care possible. If his owners do come forward, the advocates will offer services to enhance his health.
