Beyond his professional role, Dr. Patterson has a passion for rescuing pets in need. His home in Indiana is shared with his wife, three rescue dogs, one rescue cat, and occasionally a foster animal or two, adding warmth and companionship to his life.

Dr. Patterson’s specific interests lie in emergency medicine, internal medicine, geriatric pet health, and business leadership within the veterinary field.
