Experience
While maintaining a full-time position at his previous clinic, Dr. Sullivan simultaneously served as an adjunct instructor in the veterinary science technology program at Purdue Community College. In this role, he imparted knowledge in veterinary practice management, clinical laboratory procedures, and pharmacology. This teaching experience strengthened Dr. Sullivan’s aspiration to pursue a career in academia. In February 2011, he achieved this goal by joining the faculty of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Ohio State University. In his current role, he imparts her expertise to veterinary students, interns, and residents, primarily focusing on medical oncology. Additionally, Dr. Sullivan actively contributes to teaching medical communication skills.
