In her early adulthood, Dr. Stepahanie Porter gained employment at various veterinary clinics and pet-related establishments. Following her college graduation, she directed her efforts towards broader goals in conservation and animal welfare, contributing to organizations like the Animal Welfare Institute, Society for Animal Protective Legislation, and Wildlife Habitat Council. Despite this, she eventually returned to her initial passion, veterinary medicine.
